Oceola Construction Update
Since our last construction update, we have broken ground and begun the foundation for our final phase of townhomes! Phase 8 has a projected completion date of fall 2021 for the first 4 homes. Construction on this 61-townhome community by the Kofoed Group is already over 60% complete!
Phase 7 update – Framing and trade rough-in are in progress with a
fall 2021 move-in date!
Phase 6 update – Exterior and interior finishing in progress with a
summer move-in date!
