They are pictured above standing in front of their beautiful new townhome, and are thrilled to watch more and more homeowners join the Oceola community! Continue reading to find out why they chose to purchase at Oceola Landing, and what they are loving the most about their serene new neighbourhood!
How does living at Oceola suit your lifestyle?
We love the easy accessibility to Wood Lake, and enjoy walking our dog in the area!
We are often found mountain biking around the Okanagan Rail Trail which connects to three surrounding lakes!
We access the trails through the underpass right below our house.
Describe a typical evening at your new home?
Now that spring is here, we are usually found BBQing on our patio enjoying beautiful views of Wood Lake! The Turtle Bay Crossing is just up the road from us, where we frequent the local butcher shop, Starbucks and fitness studios.
Why did you decide to purchase at Oceola Landing?
After touring the beautifully laid out show home and experiencing the quality of the finishes and abundance of natural lighting through the large transom windows, we were hooked. The lake and valley views off the balcony were also a stand out feature.
What do you like most about living at Oceola Landing?
Living at Oceola offers an ideal work-life balance for us and compliments our active lifestyles. We are close enough to the city yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful setting surrounded by orchards, vineyards, and beautiful landscapes.
What are your favourite features of your new townhome?
The bright open concept kitchen that features a long quartz kitchen island with a deep double sink and unique lighting fixtures. We love to entertain and having bar stool seating along with a dining room in the same space was a big draw for us in choosing to own atOceola Landing.
Can you describe the quality of the building?
The overall build is very high quality and with standout features like brick siding, asphalt roof shingles and six inches of concrete dividing each wall allowing for soundproofing and safety.
What did you like most about working with The Kofoed Group?
The Kofoed’s are very family oriented, nice to work with and were very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process of our move. Moving is a stressful time for most people and every interaction we had with them was most welcoming and they always have smiles on their faces!
