Meet Eric Moore and his fiancé Kaya, two of the happy purchasers at Oceola Landing!

How will living at Oceola Landing suit your lifestyle?

Our purchase at Oceola will be a nice change both in space and finish quality from our condo in West Kelowna. I think being right next to Wood Lake and the hiking trails between Lake Country and Vernon will keep us active and busy in the summer.

The private two car garage will be a welcome addition to me for any minor repair work needed on the bikes or Kaya’s car. We look forward to joining the Oceola neighbourhood, experiencing the community feel and getting to know those we share the strata with.

In your opinion what are the three major benefits of living at the Oceola Landing community?

Affordability, quality of build and finishes, and location.

 

 

Why did you decide to purchase at Oceola Landing?

We liked the location Oceola is bordered by ALR and the lake is close by. There is a small amenities mall just down the hill as well as a gym, and lake access is just past the mall. The Okanagan Rail Trail flows from Vernon to Kelowna, and Gray Monk winery and Sparkling Hills are just around the corner.

We also love the plan for concrete common walls between units – something that we wish we had in our condo. The pricing and deposit requirements of homes were favourable when we compared to other options around the Okanagan as well.

Can you describe the quality of the features and finishes?

Judging from the beautifully designed show home the quality craftsmanship is evident and well aligned with the industry standards. We like that they aren’t advertised as luxury homes like many developments and don’t come with an inflated luxury price tag.

It looks like the Kofoed Group spent money where it’s most noticeable – quartz countertops and superior hardware and cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the overall quality of the building structure.
