When will the building structure be complete?

Phase 1 townhomes #55 and #57 are move-in ready now! Phase 2 townhome #33 will be available for possession in the New Year. Units #50-#53 have a projected completion date of June 2019 and units #27-#29, #46-#49 in August 2019. All previous Kofoed Group developments have been completed on time, allowing new owners to move into their new home on schedule!

What are the prices?

Pricing starts from $449,000 to $469,900 for a 3-storey townhome.

What will the deposit requirements be?

Only a $10,000 deposit is required to purchase! Most developments require up to 25% down.

What are the maintenance and Strata Fees?

The property’s landscaping will be pristinely maintained by strata, for an estimated $175 per month. Strata fees will also include water, snow removal, and building insurance.

Does Oceola Landing have a financing program in place?

Yes, we work with Mortgage Specialists to offer financing options for buyers with the option to lock-in interest rates until completion. Options vary based on the applicant’s personal finances. Please contact our Property Specialist for details.

How close is Oceola Landing to downtown Kelowna?

How many floorplans are available?

Each home boasts three levels of thoughtfully planned living space with the option to choose between a fantastic selection of 2 designer floor plans ranging from 1544 sq. ft to 2643 sq. ft. An additional three floorplans will become available upon the release of future phases.
